It was my turn, and I was sending a package and she was putting the address in. I leaned over to look at the screen and my left forearm rested on the scale. I wasn't leaning on it and this man came up and said get off the scale you're going to break it. That's a $2000 scale and I said I'm sure it's not a $2000 scale and he says it is I bought it I own this store and I felt really taken it back because he was so very rude. I had no way harmed that scale. It's such a terrible experience when you're patronizing a business and you get screamed at.

Recently my truck was broken into while I was in Mexico and my purse along with all of my credit cards in my bank card were stolen. This made it impossible for me to pay my storage bill when it came due. I had been on auto pay, but once the cards were killed, that was no longer relevant. Andre went way out of his way to call and remind me that the bill was due, he even let me know how many days I had to work with before a late charge would be assessed once I realize that I wasn't going to be able to use my bank card in time he immediately sent me a form which was super easy to fill out online, allowing my bank account to be linked to my auto pay, and the funds were immediately available so that my items in storage were safe and sound Andre followed up with me to make sure that I had it done if I needed any help he was there for me and just overall compassionate and understanding! I've been having really bad experiences with FedEx deliveries lately; broken deliveries, deliveries…read morethat were said they were attempted when I was home and know they weren't, delays, etc. HOWEVER- my experience at this location has a bright spot in my week. After multiple bad deliveries, I asked for my latest package to be shipped to this location. I arrived in the evening and Gilbert helped me as if I was an old friend. He helped me open the massive box (a bookcase) and helped me inspect the parts to make sure it wasn't damaged. He then went out of his way to reseal the box even better than it was before, explaining where the tape would support best. After all that, Gilbert then carried the box out to my truck and helped me load it into the bed. He was friendly, helpful, and went far beyond any of the service I expected to get. I also know he wasn't even supposed to be working that late, and was holding over till closing. Gilbert had every reason to just do the minimum and move on to the next customer, but he made me feel like my delivered mattered instead. I really appreciate Gilbert and I hope FedEx appreciates how much his friendliness did to turn change what had been multiple bad experiences before him. Thank you!
