I recently visited this Postal Annex location and was genuinely surprised by the indifference and cold attitude from the woman at the front desk--her name was Laurenna, if I heard correctly. It's disappointing to encounter an "I don't care" approach in a customer-facing role, especially first thing in the morning. I've been to this location many times, and the service is usually excellent. The gentleman who typically helps--an Indian man--has always been incredibly friendly and accommodating. Experiences like his are what make a business pleasant to work with. I understand it's a business at the end of the day, but customer service truly makes all the difference. This was the closest location for mailing out a package on a Saturday. I was greeted immediately by the two staff (Vania & Bikram) at the counter. They were friendly, professional and very helpful picking out the perfect sized box for the items I was mailing out. Bikram gave me three different options for delivery, and I went with the most cost saving option. I appreciate the attention to detail, and the ease of service that was given. I have had a mailbox here for over 3 years. I have never had any issue with missing mail or returned packages. The staff here always greets me when I come in and wishes me well when I go. Even when they are very busy attending to customers, someone will make that warm and welcoming eye contact with me that says . If you may be experiencing mail trouble where you live ( theft ), consider renting a mailbox here. There are different payment options available and they are affordable. The peace of mind knowing that my online purchases or gifts sent from family will be secure once they arrive is wonderful. It is my go-to place for getting 2x2 passport-size photos and UPS package drop-offs. The staff here is really friendly, always willing to answer questions and help you with your stuff. They also have other services listed on their website, located close to kids' classes and New Seasons Market making it an easily accessible location while you pick/drop kids for their classes. the postal annex on silver creek valley rd. was very unprofessional and disturbing to say the least. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt off with their employees. More specifically, the male managers who were both clearly under the influence of alcohol were openly flirting with their all female staff, making them noticeably uncomfortable. This situation seemed very inappropriate and also made me feel disturbed. What made matters worse is that the female employees seemed to be brushing off their unprofessional behavior making it seem like this situation was a regular occurrence for them. read more

Normally, I come to drop off returns but this time I had to purchase a gift card for an upcoming event. The front female employees were nice and made conversation yet when I looked towards the back I noticed the male managers drinking tequila while having a child cry for attention. I don't feel that was appropriate for their employees or customers. I don't think I'll want to come back and give them profit. read more

Came to Postal Annex on a Saturday for Notary service. The new owners are great and have excellent customer service skills.They are very attentive to their clients and offer them the best pricing. As there was a bit of a wait I was observing how they treat their customers and as soon as someone walks in they are greeted and then asked what service they are in for so the appropriate member can assist. Again since I was there for Notary I was directed to go to a different line. I would highly recommend coming in here since the vibe is welcoming. read more

3.5 STARS I did a little too much black friday shopping and needed to return an item. After searching the closest place to drop off a FedEx package, I found this PostalAnnex. I stopped by on Thursday, December 17th some time in the AM. My transaction was quick and easy. I put the package down on the counter and the salesperson said that's it and thank you! I asked if I could get a receipt and she mentioned they only print them out if customers ask for them. Makes sense as I'm sure it's a waste of paper if someone doesn't want one. Quick and easy if you need to drop off a FedEx package. read more

I recently started selling makeup online for a bit of cash. I sold maybe around $200 of makeup which was great! Unfortunately, I forgot about the shipping part. I had a few problems when it came to shipping: 1. I don't have any shipping supplies 2. I don't have a printer to print out the labels 3. I actually don't even know what the shipping process is like and how to pack my stuff up 4. The nearest post office (yeah we all know the one that closes midday) are a bunch of... not nice people. WHICH MEANS I'm going to either get yelled at for not being prepared or get told to bugger off. I decided to go to PostalAnnex+ since it says they had shipping supplies available. I walked in and I was greeted and told to wait since there were people ahead of me. The people ahead of me had all their stuff boxed up and here I am with a backpack full of stuff. Yeah you read that right, I literally stuffed $200 of makeup in a backpack hoping that they would take care of it. At this point I'm nervous like knees weak, arms are heavy you know? Finally, it's my turn. I walk up, open my backpack and throw everything on the counter. The only thing I say is "I need to ship all these and they are going to all different places". He asks if I have the addresses, I check my backpack and NOPE. OF COURSE, I DONT. I LEFT IT ON MY DESK. "No I don't know where it is" I start to feel bad. I've become "one of those" customers. I worked at Target and I know about the customers that just don't have any of their crap together and they just blankly stare. Yep, that's me right now. Might as well change my name to Karen. Surprisingly he's super nice about it, gives me pieces of papers to write the 4 addresses and organizes which makeup goes where. I kept forgetting what went where but he was listening and he put everything in the padded shipping envelopes. He bubble wrapped all the stuff that I wanted wrapped, made sure everything was in the packaging securely, asked me multiple times if everything is the way I wanted it to be packed. And that's it folks. I came to the store with a backpack full of make up and left with tracking numbers for all four shipments. Which he also circled and highlighted for me. This postal annex is in a really nice area of Evergreen, next to the New Seasons Market. The Postal Annex is really clean and the employees are friendly and efficient. They even have plastic sheeting hanging down for covid protection. They could use more parking directly in front of the store, but the curb is yellow for pickup and drop off. All in all, a good store at a clean and modern shopping area. read more

We've had our PO Box here for years with them now. Recently moved back from SF and I would only be able to pick up mail maybe once a month or every 2 months and they didn't complain about the mail being piled up. Super convenient to have packages mailed and signed there because I'm not at home most of the time and even though I always forget my mailbox key, they get it for me.
