But how Mary could presume that merely because she finds the decor pretty and clean, it must be a privatized, i.e. non-governmental service, is frustratingly typical of the blithely ignorant Americans who wander the city with their rose-colored, Sound of Music glasses on. Geez Louise.... no country in its constitutionally right mind would privatize its postal services. Not even pretty little Austria.
