I finally got through to him over a week later ,And he tells me he never got by there, he got real busy, he's going out of town next week and he really can't get to me. I just think how very unprofessional to waste over a week of my time without even the professional courtesy of a return call.

I have a year's warranty on the fence and the contracted told me if I had any problems give them a call within the year. A few months went by, and I noticed that the boards had shifted, and it was hard for me to open my gate. I gave them a call, and the call didn't go through. I tried several times with no luck. After about a month someone finally answered the phone, and he came out the next day. He said it wasn't a problem; he could fix it without a big deal. I waited and waited for them to show up without any luck, I am still waiting. Every time I talk to him, he gives me a run around; I get the idea he has no intention of repairing my fence. Please do not hire this company!!!!
