From the time we requested the quote right through to installation, I found Charles to be extremely helpful, knowledgeable and prompt to reply. They arranged a sample in the correct colour and engraving that we had chosen, so we could make sure it looked how we wanted before we placed the order. The quality of the post boxes is very good and we have had a number of compliments from residents on how great they look. The delivery and installation was perfect, although we had one door that was damaged during transit, but Charles arranged straight away for a replacement door.
