I am a student at this school and it is unreal how poorly managed everything is. This is not…read moreadvertised but the HVAC program is student taught, meaning the teacher himself does not actually teach the curriculum. The students are expected the teach each other the material via pre-made power point where we are covering one to two units per day (due to the class being too short to cover the whole book in a reasonable manner). So obviously no one is retaining the material. There is barley any hands on work its all "taught" through power points. I have been here 6 months and we have only brazed (one of the most important skills in HVAC) two times due to the school just not bothering to order gas for the torches. If you want to get into the HVAC field just pay 80$ to take the EPA 608 test yourself, its the same certification the school is training you for and is needed to work in the field. You can find resources to study for the test online yourself way cheaper than 13K. I will be notifying the state board of education about this as well.

The teacher is great and they have two printing presses. I've made prints - one of them hangs in my sons home proudly. Also, used the prints to put onto tote bags. There are different exhibits going on as well as musical shows now and then. It is definitely a jewel in Hamilton.

I signed up for a one-time wheel throwing class (Give it a Whirl) with Jill. The class lasted 2 hours, and I created two pieces! It's been years since I've been behind a wheel, but I learned new tips through Jill's patient and gentle instruction. She guided our small class through the steps of wheel throwing; offering suggestions while allowing us to keep our art our own. The time flew and I had such a great time! I'm excited to pick my finished pieces up in a few weeks after Jill glazes and fires them

Just wanted to thank my teacher Jacob Junbo for receiving me with such professional and kind way…read more To be honest I´m always afraid about first times and specially because I am extremely shy person, but his way to teach and empathy made me feel really comfortable. I want to thanks him for being so patient with me and for try to understand me in my difficulties, since English is not my main language things like this is way more challenging and I´m glad to find someone so well prepared for help me to achieve what I am looking for. I talked a lot to my husband, and I told him all the things we did in the first class I took this week, and I said how much Jacob encouraged me and inspired me since this first time, and it made me feel that I can keep dreaming and follow my goal of having music as a job career. Jacob's way to teach is full of Love and it´s something that matters a lot for me, because in nowadays people are used to do things in an "automatic way" but he chose to teach bringing lot of joy and Love. Hope he keeps inspiring people and keep being who he is, the world needs more people like him. Can´t wait for the next classes and to hear myself like a real singer. After years singing and doing my concerts without any technique and putting my voice in risk, now I feel that I have an incredible professional and a unique teacher that will help me to take the next steps to reach my music dreams as a popstar. Loveland Music Academy as structure is pretty interesting because when you're just passing around you will never think that they have such a nice space full of talented people to teach so many options of instruments. I finally found an decent and honest place to work on it. I highly recommend this place and recommend even more (if you're looking for a voice coach like I was) Jacob he's fantastic!
