If I had known I would never have agreed to rent furniture from them. They delivered the tables and chairs an hour and a half late the day of my party as my guests were arriving. Only then did I see there were many unreasonable disclaimers. It seemed purposeful that she kept that information from me during the 2 weeks we texted about party arrangements. In all that time she could not even get my name right despite the fact that I corrected her 3 times in the text. Never apologized or acknowledged that she was even partly at fault. She was unprofessional and rude. Find a new job Clara - customer service is definitely not your thing.

First of all it doesn't matter where the reception took place ( family's house) . My wife was not happy with the set up. You guys didnt even take the freedom to stop by and evaluate the venue after a down-payment was made. You guys knew that the existing house-porch was 10 feet tall why wouldn't you flush that with your tent ( if you would have evaluated the venue then you probably would have prepared yourself for it). The event started at 5:30pm by 8 there was no water . The light in the restroom did not work, it was installed inside and it was solar light (Do you charge those before or how do you know it will stay up all night).
