There are some really good places to dine and we found it better to explore than to ask recommendations. Be sure and get the history of the building and the town. NOTE: The hotel is "Palacio de Santa Marta" the owners change and so may the name to some degree. It is no longer an NH property having changed hands, it's now owned/managed by Eurostars.
