But they're building at least 100 units since I reported the window. It takes at least 4 follow up calls and emails to get a work order done. There's been dried blood on the back door to the dumpster for a month, Lori in the office said she'll bring a tissue over and wipe it off...in the middle of a pandemic? The office staff talk about you behind your back. The only good thing about living here is that you can pay your rent online so I don't have to see anyone in the office.

When we rented our apartment we were never told about water problems in the heating ducts. The only way we found out about this is the neighbor told me about the water problem in the whole building number 23. When I approached the manager she stated oh I thought we fixed it. Knowing that they didn't and probably hoping we wouldn't find out. After every rain a guy would have to come a vacuum the duct work out. In the mean time my wife was developing breathing issues so we had to move to another apartment in the neighborhood. They didn't pay for the whole move they paid almost half which I thought was ridiculous they should have paid all of it. We would have left the Preserve but we have 2 large pets and it's hard to find apartments that except big dogs. The other part is the grounds keeping they never water the plants all die and the grass turns brown and they say they will replace them and most of the time they don't. Believe me it's one lie after another. If you don't believe me go ask residents about the manager before you rent one of there $1500 apartments. STAY AWAY !!

There is community activity every day and you can order dinner at a reasonable price. Every one is very nice Management works very hard keep everything running smoothly. It is just a pleasant convenient place to live plus they accept pets.

Unfortunately, my grandma's experience living in the assisted living community has been extremely unacceptable due to the aloof and slow staff. The cost of this facility absolutely does not justify waiting 2 hours to use the bathroom or being woken up at 8:30 and not getting breakfast until 11:30. It's not right. They are understaffed and handle my grandma rougly when they do actually help her to the bathroom or in the shower. I do not recommend for a loved one. It pains me to see my grandma being in a sub-par care facility. It saddens me.

My favorite thing about our apartment is the open layout and having a washer and dryer in suite! Not only is our suite everything we could want, but the grounds are beautiful and maintained so well! We love the dog park and of course the pool! We can't wait for summer time to have cookouts at the charcoal grills again! Maintenance has never given me a hard time and has always been at my door within a day of submitting a request! Paying rent is a breeze here with the many options that we are given to submit payment! Keep in mind: $1450.00ish / 2BD/2BT I would say do not rent here, without understanding that it's a low income neighborhood and you'll have to fix things yourself or upgrade where needed. My wife and were wondering why you get so much square footage???...Now, we know why. 1. Black Mold infestation. Since the AC compartment is unfinished(pictured) inside and outside containments are flooding the ventilation shafts with debris. Since we're by the lake, overtime, the debris combined with moisture creates black mold throughout the entire ventilation system. I am a trained water damage technician so I sanitized the shafts properly, which takes hours. I'll wager the rest of the units are in the same shape. (Pictured) 2. The AC unit itself, Doesn't cool and the problem is "Complex" wide, read the other negative reviews. I had to buy Three(3) portable units, carry them up three flights of stairs(No elevator), just to cool the apartment to 70degreesF during the heat wave of '26(pictured). No, do not bother to call maintenance or the front office...Again, read the other negative reviews. The debris from the Unfinished AC Room was so bad I had to buy three (3) air scrubbers and the most godlike air-filter for the AC unit itself.(Pictured) 3. Fixtures when replaced, don't match or is just another aging unit from another apartment. It took several times for the dish washer/s to flood the downstairs apartment for ME to figure out the overflow problem. I had to direct them how to fix it, and to this day mold/water damage remediation(cleaners) have not been by, for years.(pictured) 4. No, vent/s in the kitchen...Like WTF??? When there's smoke the fan on the stove sucks the smoke, right into the living room??? 5. Structural Instability (pictured) the Beam in the kitchen is cracked..."Put in a work order". WTF, this is a construction problem not maintenance.
