Photographer was rude. He would pose my child in ways i wasn't found of. I would ask him to pose a different way and I was told to leave. Pictures came back and we didn't like any of them. It became a waste of money and time. Found a different Photographer that did exactly what we were asking for and the pictures came out amazing. If you are trying to have a good senior year portrait pro studio session stay far away from this place!!! I know the school forces you to come here but just come knowing you will be having a bad experience! It's crazy when a mother and father can't be in the same area to see the pictures that are gonna be taken with the backgrounds, poses etc because of the one parent policy! And the fact that they rush you by telling you how much time you have to change outfits is utterly ridiculous!!!!! I will be talking to the school about this experience they need to pick another studio for these students!!!!!!! read more

The ONLY reason to do any sort of business with this studio is if your are forced to by your kid's school for the yearbook. This studio refused to make ANY accommodations for yearbook picture selection during cases of active quarantine for COVID. Wendy and her manager Daisy insisted that we would have to come in in-person to listen to a sales pitch about picture packages despite being told that our son had been asked to quarantine. We requested to have a meeting via zoom, or see proofs via email, or even have THEM simply select a picture for us and email us the proof for final approval. Due to the yearbook deadline, we had to send in a family member from a different household to select a picture in person, and even they were not allowed to FaceTime with us or send us a picture of the screen on which the photos were being displayed. They were in and out of the sales office within 5 minutes, after making an hour and a half round-trip for a selection that could have clearly been made by other means. I really wish this studio took COVID restrictions as serious as they take guarding their pictures and ensuring a live sales pitch. Clearly their employee's safety and customer satisfaction are not nearly as important as overselling and trying to make a profit. The ridiculous thing is that we had an additional appointment to take additional pictures and select packages at a later time, past the yearbook deadline. We explained that we could simply have discussed packages at that point. We are very disappointed with the whole experience, we have canceled any further pictures, and we will not be ordering any packages. When I advised Wendy and Daisy that I wanted to cancel our future appointment and cited the reason being our customer service experience, they simply said "okay" and shrugged. During a time when portrait studios are a dying breed due to technology, businesses like Portrait Pro Studios should make every effort to capitalize on the one thing keeping their business a float: returning customers. read more

My experience at the Portrait Pro was great mainly because we had Rylee as our photographer. She's super sweet and sooo patient. As a mom I felt part of the process. I don't know if I could've made it through the process if she wasn't our photographer. There was another female photographer there and she seemed really OCD and bossy. I felt so bad for the mom who had her. I was hesitant to come here because my buddy seemed to have the same experience as I saw the other photographer doing to the other mom. Do yourself a favor and just request Rylee!! She made taking senior photos great!! Thank you. read more

I made an appointment with this place a few months ago, and last week my daughter broke out really bad with acne on most of her face. She usually has nice skin so I knew it was temporary. I called last week and asked if I could reschedule to this week, thankfully they were flexible with me. I understand it's busy for them and I appreciate them making this change for me. Also I appreciated how they send a confirmation email with all the details for the date of the photo shoot. Tonight we arrived and were greeted by friendly staff and were taken back by Amanda and her assistant. Amanda was SO patient and professional with me! It's my first born and I'm really annoying. I was fussing with my daughters hair and Amanda was very patient and friendly and professional the entire time. Also she had a really good eye I could see she knows what she is doing, I'm so excited about the pics. Also the place was cute and clean and organized. Very welcoming atmosphere. Terrible customer service. Its a money making scam of a very unprofessional studio. It's been 6 months and we have not received the $1000 photo package, why because one of the item is on back order and they "have no control of when it will get shipped." Wait, and you didn't say this upfront before we paid. The girl who answered the phone has the audacity to have an attitude. Unreal! Bunch of young kids who have no people skills running this place down. DO NOT GO TO THIS STUDIO. Spend your money on a professional studio who will give you better treatment. I previously ordered senior photos and later decided that I wanted to purchase a digital file, so I could include it in a senior yearbook ad. I called days before the yearbook deadline to see if it could be ordered and Raya went over and beyond. She had excellent customer service and thought out of the box to save me a trip and prevent a delay in processing time. Terrible customer service- the only reason I used this studio was because it was where my son's school had us go for senior portraits. Purchased the digital images which I had to go pick up rather than them sending to me (which they had done in the past), and when printed the color was completely off (they were printed by a professional with a professional printer and using professional software). The studio gave me a hard time about getting a new set of images and insisted I come in again to bring in the old drive. My son went to pick the new drive up and they blamed the printer and color settings for the error. Someone from the studio called me because my son left without the drive and the person who I spoke with was rude, cutting me off mid sentance and telling me the customers she was with were priority. I will be telling my son's school about this experience and recommend they find another studio. Thank goodness I don't have to deal with them again. read more

My son's high schools' choosing for senior portraits; I would never have chosen this place. Front reception desk girl unmasked during height of pandemic; the studio is just outside LA County so mask mandate guidelines were not adhered to. Photographers took enough pics we were able to chose one but overall pictures were only ok. Three visits are required to this studio within an industrial / business park office location: photo session, view photos, and receive photos. I felt they could easily streamline the process with electronic viewing and mail delivery but I suppose requiring the customer to return to their studio allows them to cut cost. Three visits is two too many. Wear two masks if needing to enter! read more

Terrible experience for us. I really hope my kids' school would pick a different photography studio. The picture came out terrible and we only had one choice for the pose we wanted. We asked the photographer to take most the pictures without glasses, but more than 75% of our final choices were pictures with glasses on. These pictures with glasses on all had an unwanted reflection. Additionally, when we asked to retake these poor quality photos, they refused unless we paid an additional fee. read more
