I will agree to the deep cleaning. Under no circumstances should she have been given shots that she could not afford, approved or was warranted. Regardless, the Arestin antibiotic injections should be credited to her credit card. She went in for a basic cleaning and was charged over $1000. Pam, the office manager, pushed a $200 toothbrush on my mother. This is so blatantly wrong on so many levels. Pam has been extremely argumentative with me, interrupts, makes repeated excuses. Today when I asked her what had been done to escalate this matter (she indicated she would last week) she had no legitimate answer. More excuses, more interruptions. She is highly unprofessional. Avoid at all costs. My family is reporting them to the Texas Dental Board of Examiners. Highly unethical.

But it went well if you omit that important detail. (That record can play a negative factor when getting life insurance so it's important to get that right.) I moved the rest of my family from another provider which was becoming extremely expensive. My first appointment for the kids had to be rescheduled as their hygienist was going to be out. My next appointment happened but when we got here they said they don't clean teeth on the first encounter with a new patient. That doesn't make sense that I'm going to take my kids out of school/holiday and drive 30 min to show up for an exam and X-ray and then have to come back again for a teeth cleaning. So I complained about that and they got one kid in but not the other due to hygienist availability. Not sure about this place and their burdensome rules. They didn't let me have the appointment I wanted to have. Who goes to the dentist and doesn't get their teeth cleaned?

The office manager who checked me in confirmed my insurance was accepted in this location. To my surprise, this was not accurate and had to pay $180 out of pocket. This was the beginning of dishonesty and lack of integrity. The office staff knowing in advance that the dental hygienist wouldn't be present, the office chose not to notify me and proceeded with the appointment as if everything were routine. I was given X-rays by a tech who lacked basic professionalism, he nearly took the images without an X-ray apron until I pointed it out. Afterward, I was led to the exam room where the doctor who glanced my teeth and simply stated I needed a standard cleaning. Only then did the tech inform me that the hygienist wasn't in and I'd need to reschedule. Completely avoidable and poorly handled. After all this took place, they have the audacity to send me a $180 bill and have their billing department call me about it. Wasted my time and money in such deplorable dental office. Pleased I was able to find an honest, friendly, clean, professional and safe dentist office. This experience reflects a disregard for patient time, safety, and transparency. I won't be returning and I urge others to seek care elsewhere.

I was…read moretold that my treatment needed to be split into three separate appointments on different days, forcing me to repeatedly take off work. This was not clearly communicated in advance, and there was no effort made to accommodate my schedule or explain why it had to be handled this way. The office manager was shockingly rude, dismissive, and confrontational. Instead of listening or attempting to clarify my treatment plan, she spoke over me, acted as if I was incapable of understanding my own services, and responded with hostility when I asked reasonable questions. Her attitude was aggressive and completely lacking in professionalism. At one point, she even threatened to call the police simply because I told her she did not understand what she was talking about regarding my treatment plan. That kind of reaction is outrageous and unacceptable in any professional setting, especially a healthcare office. It was also clear that the doctor either does not supervise her staff closely or is unaware of how patients are being treated, which raises serious concerns about the management and overall integrity of the practice. This was by far the worst dental experience I have ever had. I would strongly discourage anyone from seeking care at this office if you value respectful communication and professional treatment.

I was told I wasn't scheduled for a cleaning, only an intake, despite confirming everything by phone. The week prior, I had to leave after a 45-minute wait because of unresolved insurance issues that I also discussed with someone by phone beforehand. Once I was finally taken back, I was shocked by how unclean the facility appeared--I almost walked out and wish I had. I took a video but it won't led me load it so I will add screenshots. The photos don't do it justice, it was like this all through the back. This is basic cleaning! I take cleanliness and my dental health seriously. I have no history of sensitivity or painful experiences. I just had a cleaning about 6 months ago. I actually love going to the dentist until this experience. I only have two minor cavities (my first ever at 27 years old). This week they told me I have "slight gingivitis" in a few areas as well. Despite that, this was the most painful cleaning I've ever endured. The hygienist was extremely heavy-handed, cutting the roof of my mouth and multiple spots along my gums. I floss daily and never bleed, yet I was bleeding and in significant pain. At one point, I tried to get her to stop so I could take a break, but she didn't respond--I had to physically move her hands. I ended up crying the entire time from both pain and emotional overwhelm. What made it worse was the complete lack of empathy--no acknowledgment, no apology, not even an offer to pause. It felt dehumanizing. I must note that she was playing religious music in her section. I don't usually mind this as I respect people's beliefs, but given the overall experience this just added to the unprofessional setting. She was humming along as I was laying there crying. Otherwise, the most of the staff was very helpful and kind, especially the x ray tech.
