WORSE SERVICE EVER ! Do not get your business cards from…read moreRugby Printers, especially if you need express service. If I could put zero star I would, I have never seen such TERRIBLE SERVICE ! Story: I ordered 500 business cards on 20/02 with express service (2 days) as the need was urgent. They come back a couple of hours later to me saying my artwork contains pantone and asking to change, which I did, and sent back after 4pm which is their "cut off point". I have to beg and fight to have them finally agree that they will still send the cards on schedule instead of 1 day later. Delivery date : no business cards. I call and they say that my artwork is still not 100% right and I will only receive my cards on the 26/02 ! I think this is a joke. But I resend my artwork anyway and decide to give them 1 more chance. Icing on the cake : I phone Rugby printers again to check that they received my email with artwork and that it is all good this time (as obviously I got no reply). The answer I get is : it is now after 4pm so you will only get your cards on the 27/02. At least they allowed me to cancel my order...

Had a camera repaired there a few years ago. They charged quite a lot and the repair didn't work…read more Luckily, the manufacturer kindly replaced the camera, after I contacted them. I emailed an enquiry to them 3 days ago. An automated reply said the email had been received and I would get a reply as soon as someone became available. After 3 days and no reply, Im guessing they are very short staffed? Very unprofessional? Still as useless as last time I used them? So far up their own backside, they treat people poorly? Take your pick. Not sure how they even deserve 1 star really.

Their labels are good quality and come in a variety of shapes, sizes and colours, starting at less than £5 for 500 according to their website (although unless my memory is playing tricks on me, last time we ordered we paid around that much for a bag of 1000 labels hmmm). However we particularly appreciate their iron-on name tags, which are invaluable for reuniting our 5-year-old with the various items of clothing he seems to leave involuntarily at school. The tags can be ironed back on if they start coming off too! All in all I've used these people (by mail order) for nearly 20 years now and have no hesitation in recommending them.
