They have about five different sizes of bottles and containers that you fill up yourself with the water. I got an individual-sized bottle and paid $1.09 for this. If I come back to fill it up though, it's only 39 cents. The water tasted very clean and pure. I also had my camera in my hand, when I was here. I put it down on a shelf to fill up my bottle, and I even reminded myself not to forget it, but I did forget it! I didn't notice until I got home, so I called, and luckily the girls found it and had kept it behind the counter. I was so happy and relieved--what great girls!

I like that they have little signs underneath all their sales items, because most health food stores only put orange sale stickers on the actual items, which is annoying, because then you have to check each product individually to see what's on sale. The Vitamin Farm does have a fairly good selection of natural beauty product. They sell lots of shampoos, moisturizers, and anti-aging product. I often pick up Amaze Gel that is very expensive, but it is an all-natural exfoliator that does wonders for my skin.

Just before I was finally done the same clerk who asked me if I needed help asked me again and again I said no. She then proceeded to straighten out some refrigerated items next to me. I felt like I was suspiciously being watched and harassed. Sometimes a customer just wants to browse a new store. I'm an adult in my 40s if I need help I'll ask!! I will not return to this store, I will go back to the south side 109st store where I usually go.

The staff here always go above and beyond to help you find what you're looking for and are open to questions and providing samples if they can. They have a little nook on the right hand side when you come in where you can try a supplement sample if they have one open already. The store generally has a wide selection of supplements and Popeye's has regular sales that happen so there are plenty of ways to save on top of earning Popeye dollars for buying stuff. I've always found that if they don't have something I'm looking for, staff have been good about giving me an estimate for when they'll get it in so I can drop in another day. Additionally, they usually also have promotions whereby if you spend a certain amount of money you can get free Popeye's merchandise.... And I mean, who doesn't like free stuff?!?! As far as chain supplement stores go, this one is pretty awesome and helpful and I find that their prices are pretty decent and, in some cases, even slightly cheaper.

I purchased a Santevia water filter tank listed as "on sale." It was only after I paid that the…read moreinvoice noted the item was "cracked" and "damaged". This is a major safety risk for a water filtration system, yet my original receipt made no mention of this damage. When I immediately contacted the owner, Wanda, to cancel, she refused. She claimed the order had "already shipped" and could not be stopped. She tried to justify selling broken safety equipment by claiming the damage was disclosed, but that text was buried far down the page, well below the "Add to Cart" button where it was intentionally difficult to see. Wanda eventually agreed to refund the item but refused to refund the shipping cost ($28.35), claiming it was too late because the item had shipped. This was a lie. The tracking number confirmed the package never left their facility; the status remained "Label Created" for a week. Most egregiously, Wanda admitted in a later email that she did void the label and received a full refund from Canada Post. She explicitly stated she was retaining my shipping funds to cover "the time it took" to process the order. She essentially admitted to pocketing money for a service (Freight) she never rendered and for which she was fully reimbursed. To make matters worse, they have already re-listed the cracked, unsafe tank on their website, likely hoping the next buyer won't notice. Do not trust this business.
