As the partner of an employee who recently worked with this company, I feel compelled to speak up…read moreabout the unacceptable treatment my partner received from Joe Ochs the new owner. My partner is a hardworking minority man who showed up and gave his full effort--working long hours in 98-degree heat to fulfill the job requirements as agreed upon. Not only was he underpaid for the labor he completed, but he was also told that his payment would be delayed until the following week, despite being clearly informed that he would be paid on Friday. That was the agreement, and for a working man with a family to support, that delay and lack of respect is more than just an inconvenience--it's disheartening and unjust. To treat any worker this way--especially someone who honored their end of the deal in extreme conditions--is unprofessional and exploitative. People deserve fair pay for fair work, and no one should be left waiting or wondering if they'll be compensated properly, especially after enduring such conditions. This experience reflects a serious lack of integrity and accountability that no company should tolerate. I sincerely hope that leadership and other partners considering working with this company take a hard look at how workers, especially minority employees, are being treated--because this is not just about money, it's about fairness, dignity, and basic human decency. I am truly disappointed in Kenny's Tree Service.

My husband talked to Matt and he answered his phone right and arranged an appointment to come and see the job to give us a quote. Prices were reasonable He was very friendly and helpful on how to go about getting the tree and broken down branches. Once we agreed on the price and day to come. (two weeks out -that was the sooner they could come due the recent storm ) but Matt arranged to have someone to come before the 2 weeks to get the branches off the ground so it wouldn't dry out the grass. We truly appreciate that! That is SUPER SERVICE. When they came and cut the branches and later the tree the guys left the area clean and picked up all the debris. We were so pleased that we asked them to come back to trim another tree. See pictures of the before and after! Highly recommend their services.
