Pop yoga not only introduced me to Italian Vinyasa in Florence but it taught me how to follow directions in Italian. My close friend and Italian tutor, Lucia Ducci, introduced me to her warm, inviting studio. She is fluent in English as well as Italian, which is her mother language. She is extremely talented in teaching Italian and has a tremendous knack for creating the ultimate yoga experience. Going to this studio allowed me to get in touch with my inner yogi as I flowed through my experience abroad. I highly recommend visiting Lucia and learning from her wisdom as a yoga professional. This studio introduced me to many wonderful Italian native women from all ages. They were extremely helpful in my language progression and later became friends that I will never forget. They gave me confidence in my Italian language which turned into friends and language exchange partners. If you are seeking yoga or a life changing experience, I recommend crossing the bridge and visiting this studio. Even if you don't speak Italian, Lucia is gracious and will help you along the way. She creates both a spiritual and health beneficial practice for balancing your life abroad!
