Shop hours are a little different in Lyon so we had to arrange our day in order to visit. Erica greeted us warmly and helped us try on all of the styles we were interested in. Had she not been as accommodating, I probably would not have purchased the boots and the loafers because the leather is stiff at first. After almost 3 years of wearing slippers at home (thanks Covid!) it feels strange to wear a structured shoe. But she promised the leather would soften with wear and even after only an hour in the boutique, I could feel that was the case! We ended up purchasing 3 pairs of shoes and when I inquired about having them shipped to me in Texas, Erica was happy to assist. The shoes arrived within a week of our return home. I look forward to wearing them! You can't find quality like Heschung in the US, sadly. I look forward to my next visit!

And to our delight she had not dreamt the cute shop existed, it was in fact real. As a group of five women who enjoy their premier shoe brands, we were all somewhat skeptic of our friend's raving review of her moments spent in the shop. in the end - She was spot on! The styles are middling hip without being over the top, i.e; too cool for skool or comfort be damned. I tried on several dress, casual and sport shoes. All were made in Italy. I bought a pair of supple and comfortable penny loafers for 79 euros. Same shoes in California would cost double. You can splurge on a nice pair of European made shoes here without crushing your budget. I'm a shoe hound, I own over 75 pairs - Eram is recommended.
