I went to this store with my wife, who was looking to do some shopping on the day of her birthday. The store is nice, and they sell nice stuff, including furniture. This place turned out to be disappointing. What really put me off was the attitude of the lady working there: after looking at a few very expensive bit a pieces (including a 30$ napkin) we wanted to inquire about who made the furniture they sell. The reaction of the lady was negative to say the least. To be fair, I guess I interrupted her while she was reading the newspaper, which might explain why she was so uncooperative. At first I got a blank stare, then she grumbled that they get their furniture from several sources. Then she FINALLY got up from her seat to see which piece of furniture I was inquiring about, at which point she told me that the furniture comes from... France... At this point we decided to give up, and left. I do not know if she didn't want to tell us where the furniture came from because she thought we would buy it directly rather than through her shop, but then being rude ensure that we will never buy anything from her shop again... read more
