On one occasion, I was locked inside the building and had to contact the police for assistance. I found this situation extremely concerning and felt that I had no other option at the time. I also experienced inappropriate and offensive comments from an individual associated with the business, including being repeatedly referred to by a homophobic slur. This conduct was deeply disrespectful and made an already difficult living situation even more uncomfortable. Overall, my experience with the people involved was extremely negative. I would strongly encourage anyone considering living above or dealing with this business to carefully consider these concerns and ensure that all lease terms, communications, and incidents are properly documented
