Officeworks on Portrush Road at Trinity Gardens is my stand out Officeworks store. Sure, many of…read moretheir products are similar to those on offer at all Officeworks, nevertheless this one is my fave - and its actually not even the closest one for me. What makes this one stand apart from all the others? I think the printing service at Trinity Gardens is first class. They are always prompt and will let you know if there's a delay in getting your job done. I also think the staff here are super helpful. There is one older man in particular who has helped me in the past and I often see him helping other customers take oversized items out to their cars. It may sound pretty obvious but not all shops offer this really basic service.

Officeworks used to be a much better place for designers like myself to get some supplies, but…read moretheir range of quality pens and technical paper seems to be dwindling. They do still stock some copic markers and staedtler items so not all is lost. They also have a pretty easy to use photo printing service which I really should use more because printed photos are cool. Their ink prices for printers is still exorbitant and I'd rather just go to the library and print or buy ink off the internet, and they sell really crap knock of designer furniture like plastic versions of classic Eames chairs so that sucks. It would be great if Officeworks had a design section with rolls of paper, bleed proof paper and Copic marker refills for pen and paper nerds like me, but like another reviewer said, they are the "bunnings of stationery" and like bunnings, woolworths etc, they only stock what is economical for them, not necessarily the best products for the end user.

Had a fridge taken away a few days ago, and I realised yesterday that I'd left 4 rolls of ye olde film in it. A few panicked text messages later, and this morning, Clive, the owner, dropped off my rolls of film, safe and sound. They go above and beyond and just awesome. All areas of Adelaide are serviced. Original review: Clive and Tim were early and when they started removing all the junk that needed to go, they were fast and efficient, like a well oiled machine. They took eftpos too, which was handy, as we were a little short on cash. Overall, a really fantastic service, especially if you're stuck and need hard rubbish removed in a hurry and there's no hard rubbish day for a while. Highly recommended.

These guys are really good, I recently went to another dry cleaner to have some pants repaired and…read morein less than two months the stitching they did has come undone. I have gone back to this store and I am impressed, I don't have the pants back yet but being open from 7:30am each week day through to 5:30pm is better than quite a few other places and it makes it easy for people working 9-5 to get there without having to leave work early. Pricing is the same $11 for pants clean plus $8 for the repair, still short of the $20 EFTPOS minimum but I'd be prepared to give a $1 tip to get there and support the local business rather than another that doesn't get the job done properly. I will be back.

You wait and wait, put more coins in, and when you leave your sheets and towels still aren't entirely dry. If it wasn't for the interesting creatures you get to see in there I would probably try to dry my stuff at home with a hair-dryer. Firle Super Laundrette is conveniently located in Firle Plaza, so you can at least combine it with going to the supermarket. Overall I've always been satisfied with this place because I never had to wait for a dryer and they have a coin machine, which I need about 99% of the time I go to a laundrette. In terms of price and service I guess it's like everywhere else. Around $2 for 8 minutes in the dryer and you'll probably have to use it twice, maybe 3 times depending on what and how much you put in it. One time there seemed to be a problem with their machines and all the dryers (including stuff that came out of them) smelled of gas. Not very nice. But it seems that it was a one-off problem, so 4 stars for Firle Super Laundrette with their coin machine.
