I moved to Clinton from Oregon for work. Working on the road and cooking for yourself it's kind of difficult sometimes thankfully I found poor Henrry's I never cooked again. I ate there two meals a day, and spent quite my evening times there also. It's a great place, and the owner and staff treated me like I was family. I've never met people like all of the people in Clinton. All the meals are prepared from scratch you can't find better food unless you get your mom to cook it, some of those moms can't cook this good, lol The atmosphere is like walking into your own house sitting in the living room and getting something to eat it's a cool place cool people good vibe.I witnesses Scott the owner one time cooked food for a young lady her husband and 3 children traveling to a new job and discovered they couldn't pay for there dinner and fuel for the Uhaul, rather than bithhing I or complaining. Scott without missing a step cleared there tab, called the fuel station and paid for that family's fuel and happily sent them on their way. I highly recommend, a stop in, if your even close and get something to eat you're not going to find any better food or better people. It's a great place to have lunch or dinner. It's our local bar and we love eating there. The service is really good too.

Good local feel upon entering. We had 2 nice dinners and a couple beers. I chose the meatloaf which was really good with healthy portions. We came back the second night again and both had fish and chips with a really fresh and good salad. Ordered a Manhattan which was made very well. New to the area, we stopped at Poor Henry's to try out their burgers. The waitress was very nice and patient. It took me a really long time to decide what I wanted. The highchair strap was broken but my baby stayed in it okay. I eventually decided on the Frisco. It was pretty good, though I should have asked for it medium rare (it was pretty close to well done). My father in law got a salad and when the parmesan cheese came, I noticed there was some mold in the container. I've been told to skip the pizzas but the burger was decent. The place has lots of TVs with sports playing, and the crowd seems pretty welcoming. Be careful when you pull out onto the 60 mph road! One of the only restaurants in the area, it's worth a try. read more

True Montana bar they have the Cowboy Channel on TV. I hate it when you go into a country bar and they don't have any rodeo or country channel on TV. Got the Poutine and oh man! is it so good!! The portion is big enough for 2 or 3 people depending on how hungry you are. The gravy is rich and the taste is incredible. Friendly staff and great food The decor is Montana- wood and lots of mounted heads . Definitely would recommend this place . read more

Had one of the best meals here a couple nights ago! We visit here often (we live locally and often don't want to go to Missoula for a great meal) and have noticed in the last year that this place is really kicking the food, service and drinks into high gear. The beef was sourced from Handley Meats locally and the 14 oz prime rib was perfection. One of the best we've ever had. Their cook is getting to use his creativity, the manager "Tori" had the place ticking along with her usual charm and attention to detail and the servers bust their rears for the customers and always have a smile for locals and out of towners. Love what they've done to make this a "stopping" spot for locals and out of towners. Exit 120 off I-90 East or Westbound. So love to see a place like this full of great food and customers!!! Diamond in the rough we spotted this place flying down I-90 and loved the name and the looks so we stopped in for a pop n snack this place was awesome it felt like home I think it's a local hang out but it's to cute, definitely not for the uptight Gucci wearing yuppy it's more of a red neck hang out and there's nothing wrong with Gucci or yuppies I just don't think they would be satisfied here. read more

This place has a dive bar feel, which is what you would expect, but it was a little dirty. Our waitress was really struggling. I had to ask her for a drink instead of her taking my order, she just accidentally skipped over me and walked away. My boyfriend ordered a Bloody Mary 3 times before he got it, and she ID'd him twice, completely forgetting that he had already asked for one. He eventually got it about thirty minutes after ordering the third time. Our nachos were served cold, but did have lots of toppings and had the potential to be pretty good. We waited another 45 minutes before our waitress ever came to check on us or even take our order. The food came about 30 minutes after that and everyone seemed to like what they got. I had just a cheese pizza and it wasn't too bad! This place definitely has dive bar food, so if that's what you're after it's good, just lacking in the service department for sure. read more

Very unfortunate experience. Valentine's day brunch with our family. I expect a wait on busy days - that's a guven. Waitress was great and apologetic only one on the schedule so was slammed. Waited over 1.5 hours for food. This is too long to wait when there's less than 15 tables in the restaurant. I asked how much longer and that we had diabetics with us. The owner said, "This isn't Perkins. There's a deli down the street. Go there for faster food." He was not willing to help or even remedy the wait. Good luck if you go. read more

This place is outstanding! They have excellent service and the owner is so often their keeping it real. I love to get a cup of coffee with the big bottle of flavored coffee creamer instead of those tiny little coffee creamers. Great quality food and lots of it. I can also pronounce everything on the menu. Easy to find and lots of parking if you have a camper! read more
