Not happy with the return policy. Most stores have special return policies for Christmas presents. Not Poor Cat! I gave the gift on Christmas Day and tried to return today December 27th. Then find out that items have to be within 7 days of purchase. WOW couldn't they have told me that before purchasing? I only bought the item on December 15th!! Store credit only. Buyer beware. I would not have bought if I couldn't have returned the gift. read more

Hours of operation are a little frustrating. They're never open past 5:00. When I inquired they said they will have extended hours starting around thanksgiving... but that only means they're opening a little bit earlier, not staying open later. read more

I love the products - locally made, fun charms. The reps are friendly and helpful. However, they just do not stand behind their products and the customer service is not there. When you pay hundreds (or thousands) for charms and you have to pay $5 for leather replacement, it's absurd. It's worse when you were not told this when you bought your initial charms!. Also, if something breaks, they do not stand behind their products. I have had a few issues and each time it was a real hassle to get them to do the right thing. In fact, they lost me as a customer because of this. And, yes, their products are insanely expensive. Poor Cat - local people are talking and they are not happy. If you want to keep business, improve the customer service. Stop charging for worn out leather, and stand behind your products and replace broken items! If leather or a chain breaks, your customer is at risk to lose very expensive charms. On that note, consider your prices as well. read more

Where do I begin to tell eager customers that this store happens to be horrible. From the look of it, you would assume it was a cool chic store that was eager to make money. That is not the case here. These people are so disrespectful and unappreciative of paying customers. Not only do they totally look past you as you walk in but treat you like garbage. If you arnt willing to spend 700 and over on a dinky charm they have, they won't even look at you. No only is all of it bullshit that is worth nearly a bunch of cents but the customer service is horribly nasty. I have to be honest here. While I love the whole style, craftsmanship, aura and quality of the charms, the leather quality and knotting of the leather leaves me utterly speechless. I wore my new piece for 20 minutes before it unraveled and was un- wearable. We brought it back to the store for re knotting only for it to untie 2hrs later...what????? They seriously need to rectify this problem as the charms are quite costly. What would happen if you lost the charm to their poor knotting??? Do you think they would reimburse you for it. Not sure how to rate this. Their merchandise is pretty but expensive. Their staff is lazy. My daughter had gotten an 18k gold diamond cross for Christmas. The leather necklace was not appropriately knotted and broke after one wear. When I went back to fix it, they were not even going to give me a new $5 leather band for a $2k charm. I am not sure if it was just laziness or stupidity on their part. Either one not a good mix for future business. read more
