Dr. Avery and her staff treated my dog and several of my cats for serious illnesses, providing thoughtful, thorough and compassionate diagnosis and care. I am so appreciative of the time they take to communicate with me and recently to work my cat into their busy schedule when she needed urgent care. Dr. Avery goes above and beyond to use her expertise and to reach out to experts as needed for the best course of treatment. This practice is truly a great resource for pet owners in our area.

The box was returned inside a nice velvet pouch. They also included a personal card with some lovely words as well as my dog's name and date of cremation. I also received a piece of clay with her paw print in it that came with instructions for baking in the oven (to harden). They did a wonderful job and truly went above and beyond. I recommend their services to anyone during the difficult time of handling what to do with your pet after it passes on.

Hello- this place is a scam. I am in California and have never even stepped foot inside the state…read moreof Michigan. I tried to order a shed from a company called selectsheds.com. Lo and behold, I never received said shed. My attempts at updates with customer service via email and phone calls (their line was disconnected) received no response. So I checked my credit card and it was charged to this place. I called this pet salon and they claimed they had no idea what I was talking about shed wise so I put in a dispute with American Express. Much to my surprise friends furever pet salon sent American Express a bogus sales receipt from my credit card. Again, I have never stepped foot inside this salon nor heard of it until my credit card was charged to this place instead of the shed place. I do not have any pets to be groomed in any place let alone why I would take them out of state if I had them.

They always made sure Avi, my mini Australian Shepherd, was comfortable, built trust with her groomer, and received the best care. Their communication before, during, and after each appointment was outstanding. When I moved to Florida, Bobbi went above and beyond by connecting with Angela at VI Pets in North Port and sharing Avi's grooming notes. It made Avi's first Florida grooming experience seamless! I will truly miss Fido and Stitch--and even asked them to open a Florida location! Highly recommend!

My husband was in a meeting that went longer than expected. The dog was finished at 2:30 we picked him up at 3 pm and they charged us an additional $30 Boarding fee what? They do a nice job grooming dogs but could definitely work on their consideration and general kindness to customers. I would understand this charge if we picked up our dog at 5 pm but 30 minutes seems ridiculous! I never complain on yelp just shocked and feel overcharged. Jokes on them we would have given those ladies a tip and bought dog treats. Sadly I don't think we will go back.
