I take care of my mother in the…read moreafternoon so have requested morning service. sometimes they accommodate me and when I talk to the office staff they are sympathetic and in order to help me will switch days. kohl acts as if he is doing me a favor. he explains that they can't guarantee a specific time in the morning because they couldn't make money and have to switch to afternoon services whenever they feel like it. funny. my maid service and lawn service can guarantee morning service. his model and customer service is lacking. I gave two stars because the office staff and regular scoopers are great. kohl couldn't even bother to check the lower yard because he "assumed " that the dog didn't go there. we all know what assume stands for.
