I am beyond disappointed with POOP 911as a company! Unbeknownst to me, a loyal 7 year customer I received a phone call from a Poop 911 Tech who told me he was the one now responsible for my yard. He was very kind and professional... However POOP 911 did not inform me that LEAH was not the person serving me. Nor did they give me notice that she had her franchise ripped away from her. As consumers we should have the right to chose who we employ. When we believe we are supporting a local business (franchise) owner, then to be forced into supporting a big corporation without disclosure it becomes a problem. Whenever LEAH is permitted to go back into business we will go back to her services. Until then, we scoop poop ourselves! read more

Since I can't walk because of swollen legs I have had Poop 911 take care of my dog run and patio for a couple of years. They always leave the area clean and fresh smell.
