David identified problems we had wondered about and was able to explain in detail what the risk of not fixing them would be, as well as what would be required. All of it was not good news as far as what we were facing. The previous remodel we did 12 years ago with another company in town had covered up and concealed a host of issues. We especially appreciated Davids direct no nonsense approach to delivering the information - he doesn't pull punches - he tells it like it is. We had problems structurally with our pool - period. If we weren't prepared to address them, then David was not going to work with us. Other big pool companies that came out to quote barely addressed the possible structural concerns - like they thought it was too much effort to work into their quote. Without any hesitation we signed on with All American Pool & Spa and the process unfolded in the way our contract was laid out. David was in constant communication, extremely easy to reach and always willing to answer our questions. And don't get me started on the incredible hydro-blasting and pebble team he has - they are masterclass trades people in what they do, and our results showcase this incredible craftsmanship. Being able to see his work and talk with him about our ideas made it easy to hire him as our builder. During all the COVID issues it did take longer for our pool to get finished but we were patient and the end results were worth it! Seriously, be patient! With so many people wanting pools built supplies and laborers are stretched thin and anticipate a six to seven month timeframe. In fact, having the extra time in between construction phases actually turned out to be a blessing because it allowed us to notice areas that might need tweaking or make decisions on landscaping concepts. We had time to save up extra money to increase our concrete decking area from 376 square feet to a whopping 1185 square feet! We did a complete backyard transformation and are still in awe at how great everything turned out! If we're ever fortunate enough to build another pool in the future we're definitely hiring Edgewater again!
