The post office here is never really busy sure there is the odd small queue but nothing to drive you mad. This post office is able to offer Road Tax unlike some others in the area and I have always found that the staff are great, really helpful and actually listen to you when you are requesting. The range of Greetings cards is fantastic and many of them you don't see anywhere else so for that alone it is worth a look.

The location of the library is behind the Broadway so if you walk between the shops you will find it, otherwise just park in the Somerfields car park and it is next to it. To me this is a very friendly place with all the help you need offered with no problem. If they don't have what you are looking for they do try and order it in for you.

When I was young…read morethe post office was separate and situated where the Chinese restraint is now and was always a great place for drinks and sweets. Now however it does only what it says on the tin. The post office has around 4 counters but is usually only manned by one person and this makes it a little tiresome if you get and eBay seller in front of you with bags of parcels to go off, (believe me I have been there) So I would say that sometimes it would pay to have extra staff as I have only ever seen one person on at a time. The overall location of the shop is good but the post offices location within is a bit of a pain due to it being right at the back ad there are plenty of pillars in aisle and regular co-op shoppers to negotiate. I do tend to use other post offices in the area even though this is probably my closest.
