I couldn't believe how clean they got the plaster, and when refilled and balanced it looks perfect! It took 1 day to drain, 1 day to clean, 2 days to refill and we were back in the pool! I bought wood in anticipation of this ice storm that's coming, and we are an all electric house except for this fireplace. I received another automated confirmation of my appt Wednesday . After a further miscommunication was cleared up, Kyle came by at 4 and did the job. Laid out a tarp, played with my dog, cleaned the chimney, and patched a small crack in the back.
