I was hesitant after reading a negative review, however they came highly recommended by my pool company and decided to give Pool Solutions a shot, after I had another leak detection company out and quoted extremely high on multiple repairs. Pool solutions was able to save me approximately $2800 on my skimmer, they were able to thoroughly water proof it rather than me having to replace the entire skimmer like the other company stated "needed" to be done. They were also were able to replace my pool light niche at a reasonable cost, which was substantially less than my other quote. The communication was fantastic with their office staff as well as the technicians being very polite and careful with my plants and property on my deck in order for them to complete the repairs. Do not trust this company. My pool service recommended them and when I received their estimate and another 2 estimates they were over $100 higher. They do not answer the phone making it necessary to leave a VM They called and left a message and assumed they had the job. I called right back and of course had to leave a VM and said I would not use them because they were higher priced then everyone else. I never authorized the work nor did I issue a guess pass for them to enter the community. When we returned to Naples I received a bill. I called again, of course no one answered so I left a VM saying I was not going to pay because I used a less expensive vendor. This was over 2 months ago and today I finally receive a call regarding paying. When I once again explained the situation I was then told they were going to turn the matter over to a collection agency and lawyers???! this is a shady company. I have filed a complaint with my HOA and will proceed with other complaints at a state level. There conduct is very untrustworthy and not someone anyone should do business with. read more
