LTP sent people out that had zero clue what they are doing. They tore up the yard completely for no apparent reason. Then they fired them and brought others out. This motley crew trashed the probably, left tools and trash all over the place after being repeatedly asked to stop. They blared inappropriate music with the homeowners 6 year old running around. Out of the kindness of the owner heart, they bought the meals and kept them hydrated. They returned the favors by leaving trash everywhere and leaving trash everywhere, leaving a huge mound of dirt that they refuse to do anything with, and refusing to help the customer in any way. This place is an embarrassment to the pool community and the southeast of Kentucky. They should be ashamed and will be reported to the better business bureau. DO NOT BUY YOUR POOL FROM HERE.
