The worst!
I went to…read moreanother Claro and they told me I'd need to buy a SIM from another store. I did, came back, and they told me I'd need to walk to this store to activate it.
15 minutes later I'm at this Claro store, and they're telling me I was given the wrong information and the wrong SIM. They told me I could "try" to return that SIM, but I'd need to buy a DIFFERENT sim from them.
Fine, I'll buy the SIM. I've invested over an hour in this process. Then I sit down and their computers aren't working or something, and they're telling me I can't have data. I think they mean today, but maybe they mean for my entire stay in Brazil?
I give up. Claro's not getting my country. I return the SIM and go buy a SIM at Vivo, and they get me online in 10-15 minutes.
