That oral surgeon called and couldn't get me in until September... Thought that was odd. I then called my original dentist, explained the emergent situation and they got me in, just a general dentist, and he solved the issue in about 20 minutes. Just kind of disappointed in that experience, made me very nervous and untrusting of this office.

They gave an estimate for a bridge of $250 out of pocket, after insurance. I got the crown, insurance paid, I paid my agreed upon amount of $250. My receipt said paid in full, balance 0. Later, I got a bill for $700. When I inquired about this, they said that my insurance company informed them they could charge more. They therefore lied to me about the amount I needed to pay out of pocket. I'm 66 years old, and on social security. There no way I can pay this amount, and since they lied to me before the bridge was made, I feel I don't owe them anything. Avoid this place as they will try to charge as much as they can, and even lie to you to get as much money as they can. Unscrupulous business!
