Built in the 11th century, and still in use today, this is a beautiful stone bridge which is a symbol of the city and a thing of exquisite beauty. There are 12 arches and a statue of Saint Nicholas, the patron saint of bargemen.
The bridge crosses the beautiful Saone river, and the striking views with lily pads and swans completes the experience.
