In his words he said that it came outside and not in the kitchen. Literally look at the pic and you can see the bug was melted with the cheese. He also didn't sincerely apologize and was just staring at us which made us uncomfortable.
Recomiendo evitar El Braserio. El servicio al cliente fue grosero y encontré un bicho en mi comida. Cuando se lo comenté al gerente, Juan Rodríguez, me culpó a mí y al ambiente exterior, alegando que el bicho debía haber venido de afuera y no de la cocina. Sin embargo, como pueden ver en la foto, el bicho estaba claramente derretido en el queso, lo que indica que se cocinó con la comida. No se disculpó sinceramente y, en cambio, se quedó mirándonos fijamente, lo que hizo la situación aún más incómoda.
