I got a bill in the mail 8 days ago while on vacation. I've received 5 texts, a phone call, and already a $5 late fee for what used to be a free physcial. I Understand that may be an insurance problem but community care has been harassing me non stop. I would have paid my copay at the front desk the day of, but they said I was "all set". Seems more like a community money grab than community care. Sucks to leave but I'll be looking for a new provider.

Even when you have those "can you squeeze me in" emergencies, they do their best to get you in that day or the next. Clean waiting area. All the staff are thorough and well mannered. The nurses all have a reassuring bedside manner. They also do their best to answer all your questions, and tell you which are best to ask the doctor. Both my doctor and my daughters are easy to talk to. They explain diagnosis so you understand, discuss options. They answer all my questions, and are easily reached if you think of something after you have left. They talk to you about prescriptions and concerns of side effects or how they might make you feel. I have been coming here for about a year, and I'm happy I switched from my last doctors office. Community Care is also connected with mycareDOT. Where you can easily access your health and your child's health information. Signing up is easy, reception has you fill out a simple form and they email you the registration link.

As a bonus, Dr. Sripada has expanded her skills to include a variety of aesthetic services, including skin care and rejuvenation and treatment for hair loss. I have had two PRP treatments for hair loss (male pattern baldness): one in August of 2020, and another in February of 2021. After each treatment, I experienced a regrowth of hair, particularly noticeable on my hairline. This gave me a more youthful appearance, and greater self-confidence. But Dr. Wilson didn't even acknowledge the possibility that the lab had screwed up. I felt like all of the work I had put in to my sobriety meant nothing. I found a new doctor who treats me with respect, and who uses LabCorp (not some rinky-dink off brand lab). Good riddance. And if anyone is curious, I'm 121 days sober and Suboxone free.

The business was supposed to be open until 5. At 3:50 they were closed. When I called to ask what was going on he was very rude. Needless to say, I will never go back there. Today I stopped by the place and was told that arrangement was not the case. When I called his office, I got another person, who told me "I didn't tell you that information." Not even an apology. About 30 minutes later I called to cancel my follow-up appointment. I would rather suffer than deal with staff who show no professionalism. I will wait for a qualified individual from Albany Med than a person who has a great reputation but crap staff.
