Ross came to renovate and repair my pumping and filtration system. He spent time trying to save me money , repairing cables and by NOT replacing the pump. But he gave me a little tutorial, showing me the fault inside the pump and arranging to come back at another time. He diagnosed problems with cabling as being due to the foxes who inhabit the garden. He also gave lots of advice about fish and pond care. He came back as planned and the charges made were extremely reasonable. Everything was tidied up properly. Excellent service and competitively priced. Ross removed the fish and plants, emptied the pond, cleaned & removed the sludge and then refilled and reinstated its occupants. Ross then cleaned the filter and the surrounding stonework. The job was completed in a few hours and the water is crystal clear and most importantly he tidied up the garden and left it neat and tidy.
