I should have made them but on their website they have the price set for a Balayage hair dye to start at $125. I barely had shoulder length hair. The hairdresser charged me way more and with the tip I ended up paying $406. I went back in right after to say this was not correct and her excuse was the prices went up. *!*! If the prices go up you need to change them on the website or at least inform the customer that they will be paying double. This is called false advertising. And if the hairdresser suggests something for your hair they need to inform the customer of it being charged extra before doing so. They knew I was bothered by the price and about a week or two later I get a phone call saying I "won" the draw I'd put my name in for which costs about $50 as if that should justify what was done. I know they picked my name on purpose so I wouldn't make a big deal about it but I would have rather received the $50 that I over paid. The hair dresser did not deserve that amount for a tip. The manager said she was not able to refund me the large amount I had given to the hair dresser and that was the end of the conversation. I know better not to use the % tip option from the machine next time. I was refunded a small amount for the hair dye but it still never justified how much I overly paid for the hair and tip. This company is obviously aware of what they do to rip off their customers and like to throw their hands up in the air and say the prices went up. They definitely lost a customer.

I did not receive one . Due to missing my appointment. The stylist after missed appointment email me with the request and with a late missed appointment fee . If fee was not paid for missing before I could go back I would have to pay up front .. I have lived in Toronto Ottawa Vancouver. Never have I been ask to pay fee for missed appointment. . I totally understand one time is valuable . Maybe one should if need to implement this on booking . I have been looking for hair stylist 5 years hoping this one would be the one .

i kinda had high expectations. i got a foreign removal than a classic full set I asked for cat eye…read more i don't really think these are cat eye? idk? minutes after leaving the appointment i was brushing and inspecting in my car and sadly multiple fell out easily. i've lost about 6-7 fans already and it's only been half a day. the last time i had my lashes done by a different lash tech at a different company she did an amazing classic cat eye in about 1 hour. this appointment took about 30-40 mins longer. i'm still happy to have them but i just expected a lot more for the price. tech was really nice and made sure i was comfortable but sadly i probably won't be returning. they honestly kinda look better in the pic than what they really look like. i hate to write a bed review but i just wanted to be honest.
