I'm incredibly frustrated with this company that quite obviously lies to customers to get a sale. I bought a couch with a promised by delivery date. Today, I was told by their delivery partner that the date is actually 5 weeks after the promised date. Not acceptable. Ill be canceling my order unless this is fixed and I get my couch by the date I was told it would arrive and Ill letting everyone know that this company outright lies to their customers. I'll also be returning the ottoman that I bought to match the couch. I don't know why companies think that customers should just put up with this type of thing. 2nd update: we received our couch as promised and Emily who was the customer support from p&b kept us updated every step of the way until the day of delivery. Although it was exasperating waiting 6 weeks for a couch I think they did everything they could to ensure customer satisfaction and that was much appreciated. Thank you for resolving this Poly & Bark. Update: customer service reached out and did help me track down my couch. It will now be arriving 2 weeks later than expected so only order if you're willing to wait 6 weeks for a couch! Super frustrated. They use multiple carriers, passing the shipment from one driver to another so they have no idea where the the shipment is. 100% will not recommend unless they fix their shipping method. I do appreciate the constant updates from customer service now that I have posted a review here I've been waiting for my delivery for a month. No one knows where my couch is. I have not received any updates except that it left their warehouse in California 3 weeks ago. Poly and bark tells me to call their third party delivery service because they can't track the shipment. The delivery service is trying to contact their agent. It's a mess. Do not order unless you are willing to wait more than 4 weeks for your delivery. For the price I paid for the couch, I would expect someone from p&b to provide shipment updates. I don't think the customer shld have to call your third party delivery company to chase down their shipment when it's delayed. read more

Terrible Customer Service!!! Ordered the Copa leather couch expecting a smooth delivery and received anything but. P&B customer service is basically useless with copy and paste response and take no solution oriented approaches. the customer service manager is no help as well. told it would be best to leave my couch as an unattended deliver in the lobby of my building even though the delivery company lied about first delivery attempt. Attempted a second delivery during and time and on a day I told p&b's customer service rep and am trucking's rep I could Not accept due to work meetings. The CS told basically told you'll take it or we'll just return it or charge me a redelivery fee even though they were flat out unprofessional. all document with email and call log screenshots 1.) The delivery company AM trucking whom P&B partners with is probably the worst delivery service I've experienced. During 1st delivery attempt driver never gave a courtesy call. Called saying he was 1 minute away. I leave Work because I'm 15 minutes away. I call The driver back 10 minutes after he calls me. No answer. I show up and finally get a hold of am trucking. the delivery driver flat out lied and said he had given a courtesy call 30 minutes before his arrival. he never pick up my calls. Never called when he was on site. I left Work to meet them. Extremely inconsiderate 2. second delivery attempt was during a time frame and day I told the customer service rep from both poly and bark and am trucking I could not accept. documented in emails. They attempt to deliver the couch anyway. during this dreadful process Im in constant communication with their reps who basically regurgitate the same responses. cs manager wasn't helpful at all. Offered no solutions. got on to defend the trucking company and when I provided proof of there lack of professionalism, she dispersed. 3.) third attempt. I receive A call saying the driver is 20 minutes away. I leave Work. arrive to my place. my building padded one of the elevators and locked it out for our use. 30 minutes later no show. I call Am trucking customer service which tells me they are 20 minutes away. Another thirty minutes goes by and still no show. I call Again and put on hold. While Im on hold I receive a call from the delivery driver. the only word i understood From him is "casa". and then he hangs up. i try To call him back no answer. I call Customer service Back and tell her i spoke To the driver but did not understand a word he said and he's not responding. i look Out my window and see the guys downstairs. no one called when they arrived. i had To go meet them At least the rug i ordered Is nice and was delivered on time. I don't know how this company is able to treat customers like this and partner with other companies that represent them like this. read more

I bought the Napa sofa with distressed green velvet. The fabric is so beautiful, it's not jewel tone emerald green but earthy rosemary green. It looks fantastic against my light wood floor and bamboo/light wood tone furnitures. And it doesn't tear when my cat scratches! Customer service was great until I received my sofa. I ordered the Capa sofa in chocolate brown and as soon as the delivery men unpacked it from the box I noticed a silver dollar size discoloration on the front and sent a picture to Customer service. They responded and offered to compensate me for the defect but I quickly realized the sofa was in fact the wrong color. They had sent me the saddle brown leather instead of the chocolate brown. I took several pictures immediately and brought it to their attention. They did not offer to replace it or even compensate me for sending the wrong color. Instead they reassured me it was a shade of the correct color and by taking the original 213.00 they offered for the small discoloration I was now agreeing to take the sofa "as is"! I ordered a set of counter stools in April. They were supposed to be delivered mid-May. The day after I placed my order I inquired about a price match; simply asked a question. P&B said they couldn't accommodate which was fine but then for unknown reasons they put a hold on my order. After my delivery date came and went I called to inquire where my chairs were to learn about this hold. I was told they would look into the status. P&B then looked into it and said the item was out of stock but would be back in sometime mid-July. They offered me a refund of the entire purchase price and I said that I wanted the chairs but not a refund. Nevertheless, the cancelled my order entirely and refunded the money. Their customer service reps are entirely incompetent. They ask a question and totally disregard the answer making a unilateral decision. read more
