No trip to a country is complete without a visit to local supermarket where locals go daily. I chose Polo Market. Can't compare it to others as this is the only one I went to. Not a large store but they carry all basic food, drinks, hygiene and home cleaning items. !!! Don't forget - prices are in Polish Zloty, not Euros (divide by 4.3 to find out the Euro price). My first thought was "Oh, shit, Poland is so damned expensive!", lol :) Now you know :) Kepno is not a touristy town, hence not many items you can buy as gifts here. Wanted to find some "authentic Polish" stuff but no much luck. Mass market products locals buy daily, nothing fancy. There's an alcohol section. Would be cool to buy a bottle of Polish vodka (remember the Poland Yelp Badge?) but I was flying back to Spain with a small cabin bag with no liquids allowed. Didn't even check. Cards accepted.
