    The owner was very rude. I returned an item in brand new condition and the entire time she was…read morerefunding my money, she was going on about how expensive this is for her and she pays a great deal of money when people use credit cards. She made it clear that she was not happy. When I saw that she was refunding me too much money and tried to give her cash back to make up for that, she got more nasty and said she could figure it out if she wanted to, but that she has a client waiting, and she "didn't give a s***." This is the owner/stylist. Our entire transaction took under two minutes and she was impatient and rude the entire time. After she stopped ranting and even swearing at me, I walked out and said nothing else. Needless to say, we won't be going back. IN REPLY TO OWNER'S RESPONSE: She offered me a refund or exchange on the item. I accepted the refund. Claiming she was being so nasty to me because of her other customer, is absurd. My time is valuable, too. I was also a customer. The way she runs her shop, with no other people helping (at least when I've been there) does not make for good customer service. If she doesn't want other customers walking in while she is with a client, she should lock the front door. It's hard to believe she could treat me in the way she did, and in front of another customer, and not see any problem with that. Offering to give her back money that she overpaid me for the return, really set her off. No polite "thank you anyway," just angry, rude and vulgar to me. This was after I showed concern for her refunding me too much, and expressing that I felt bad she was potentially taking a financial loss. Bottom line, she offered a refund and I accepted. She complained about it the entire time and was inexcusably rude. I would fire an employee if they spoke to a customer as she spoke to me. She couldn't even squeeze out an apology. Thankfully, anyone wanting Aveda products can now get them at Walmart or on Amazon. Much more convenient, priced better, and no owner swearing at you across the counter.
