I took my Mercedes to Polimax the day after purchasing it, on the recommendation of one of the sales staff at the main dealership. All I can say is the windows were tinted, however there was damage to the luggage cover (estate) which the dealership tell me most likely happened due to the cover being leant on. However when I sent pictures of the damage to Polimax, telling them I would seek out the part from the dealers for replacement, I was met with all I can describe as indifference and excuses by Polimax management and certainly no concern. I have since fixed the luggage cover myself using the broken parts, as to replace the whole assembly would mean someone having to pay out £613 plus vat and it quickly became apparent from the Polimax management that they would not be fixing my car no matter what it cost. I have also now discovered deep scratches to the leather upholstery as if it has been sat on by someone with tools in their back pocket while working on the rear windows. If you want your car returned to you with nothing other than the window tints you paid for, I would strongly suggest you look to another company. Not Polimax. read more
