**0 Star Review**
I recently purchased 9 two-day tickets to Pola Park for my children and partner's children. Unfortunately, two of them became violently ill, preventing us from visiting the park. I reached out to customer service just hours after the purchase to request a refund, but my initial email was ignored. When I followed up, they outright refused the refund, claiming it was impossible, despite the fact that I bought the tickets directly from their website. The management's lack of empathy and poor customer service is appalling. It's clear they prioritise profits over customer care. Absolute vultures.
Additionally, the park is nearly impossible to reach. Buses run about every three hours, so if you want to avoid a 1-hour and 45-minute journey, you're out of luck. Taxis are also scarce in Gran Alacant. The advertised land train timetable is misleading, as it no longer stops at Pola Park. The park itself is a small, overpriced attraction, comparable to what travelers might set up in a local park on a bank holiday. Save your money and steer clear of this place. read more
