They bake the pastries at this location. You can actually watch them shape and bake the various items. This touch makes the pastries fresh and delicious. I didn't think that they would even taste that great (sorry Norway, danish isn't something that I think of when I think of you) but they were amazing. Perfectly balanced flavors with just the right amount of sweetness.
