I did not enjoy the different answers I received from the employees. The customer service was so lacking I called another company. I didn't have experience with the actual service or oil delivery but the phone conversations were enough to dissuade me. read more

Point Bay gets 1 star, because Yelp won't allow me to give them none. They claim they have 24 hr service ... try 24 hrs x 4. Didn't deliver fuel oil as promised this past winter. Let a long time customer (15+ years) bed-bound dying woman freeze in below 50 degree house. Service wouldn't come out to restore heat. She went to sleep shivering with 4 blankets. Never woke up. She died 5 days later. read more
