A $5000 Fortunoff outdoor dinning table support bar snapped and one or the cast iron chair legs snapped in half. 2 out of 3 dressers tops were damaged one was mirrored. Several dishes, glasses, family heirlooms, bed frame, buffet and dinning table gauges along with Several missing boxes and items. Our Weber grill hood was dented along with broken wheels. The cost was $14 k with tips and the unloaders took the broken items that were not seen and propped them up so the damage could not be seen. We did not get the insurance because we thought they were professional movers but they proved us wrong. They also quoted a cheaper price and then raised it a week before the move.
