As someone who cares a lot about photography myself, I knew I wanted a "studio booth" type photo…read moresouvenir, hoping that our guests would have a large high quality photo to take home rather than the small photostrip. This idea is thanks to Yelp and all the studio booths they have had at their events! After some research, I chose to meet with Pro Studiobooths. Mark came to our meeting, and he was very kinda, great to work with, and flexible. He was incredibly accommodating, and we booked him pretty much right after meeting him. Pro Studiobooths did a great job at our wedding, and everyone LOVED it. They all had so much fun with it, and it was great to even see our older guests have a go at it. We got many compliments from our photo booth. My only complaint is that our copy of the digital photos were delivered three months after the wedding, when we were given several ETAs before that. However, Mark was very apologetic, offered an explanation, and even offered compensation for it. We appreciated his effort to make up for this, great service here. TLDR: Great option for a studio-style high quality photo instead of little photo booth strips!

Besides the fact that Mark is super professional and personable (he's awesome at getting everyone up and taking photos and having the best time doing it - as evidenced by how much fun everyone's having in the photos), Pro Studiobooths is so much better than a normal "photo booth". You can customize your backdrop with the multitude of colors/lighting that Pro Studiobooths has available. We had our wedding at a winery and Mark was able to find a great spot that showed some of the winery backdrop. Also, it's not an enclosed booth so you can fit a ton of people in a photo if you wanted to! Guests can pick which photos they want to print and print photos directly on-site! Most importantly, with all the stress that comes with planning a wedding, Pro Studiobooths was the least stressful part of the day. Mark went to the winery the day before the wedding to scope out the location (without us even asking him to), he showed up early and had everything set up well in advance and stayed late since guests were having so much fun taking photos. With how busy I was that day, I didn't even notice until after that Mark had designed a logo with our names and wedding date and included it at the bottom of every printed photo. We received so many compliments from our guests about Pro Studiobooths. Highly recommend Pro Studiobooths! They made the day even more special and we'll cherish the photos for years to come.

However, our DJ recommended their services and after looking into their website, we decided to move on it. Before the event: In terms of communication, Kris was incredibly responsive both via text, phone, and email. There's nothing that I appreciate more than responsiveness when it comes to a vendor. To help inspire the Pics Stop team in the creation of the border for our photobooth printouts, my sisters and I sent Kris a picture of our invite. They created a beautiful border that perfectly matched our parent's invitation and our black/gold theme. We were quite impressed! During the event: They were quick to set-up and so personable. They engaged our family and friends to take photos. Kris and her team made everyone feel comfortable enough to be their goofy, lovable selves. After the event: They provided a gallery link to all our photobooth pictures about a week after the event and we were able to share it with our loved ones to relive that joyous occasion. Overall: I've been to at least a dozen weddings with photobooths; however, the professionalism of the set-up and printouts are outstanding. Not to mention that Kris and her team are so friendly and awesome. I feel like they are now members of my family. I would definitely recommend The Pics Stop and look forward to hiring them again for future events! Brian was a great photographer--we had a few technical difficulties, but it was all dealt with in a timely and professional manner. Love the props! You get to customize the look/layout of your photo with The Pics Stop beforehand. The best part was I was able to make Thank You cards out of the template that The Pics Stop provided. Highly recommend you hire The Pics Stop! Great way to capture these special moments!!

Also Kelsy and her team were so nice and got along with everyone at our wedding, they packaged everything up for us, and we got the gallery of every photo taken the very next day. I'm getting ready to host a Yelp Helps Appreciation Party in North Bay. My usual go-to photo booth company was unavailable, so I decided to give SnapPea a try. Derek (the Snappea Owner) responded immediately and was able to accommodate my limited budget. My hero! Long story short - we hosted a fantastic Yelp Helps event, and SnapPea's photo booth was the hit of the party. They set up their space in a timely manner. They offered guests a variety of playful props, wigs, hats, etc. And the instant photo print-outs made for great party souvenirs. And their pricing was incredibly reasonable. If you want to host a 5-star event of your own, I'd certainly put SnapPea on the top of your list.

Communication with Neal and Erica was super easy. Such a plus! They were always quick to respond to my emails. I was also a guest at the wedding that Violet C. is referring to on 9/24/17…read more Let me start off by saying, while at the wedding, the people running Silicon Valley Selfie weren't particularly nice, helpful, or engaging. They just kind of stood there and took pictures. They never once greeted any of the guests (I was at the Photo Booth a lot throughout the night) and instead of handing the photos out after a session.. the woman working just stood there sticking labels on the back of the photos. You could really just tell they didn't care to be there. At one point, after they refilled the printer paper my friend stated "I think our photos are going to be printed" and the woman working replies "IT'S RIGHT HERE." The quality of the photos were subpar (a bit blown out, backdrop crooked, the wall in the background that's not supposed to be in the photos showing, etc). After hearing about what had happened to Violet C. and her son after the wedding, I am absolutely appalled. I too work in the wedding industry as a vendor and yes, people (drunk people) and children, at times, can be very frustrating. But you never treat them with disrespect, let alone threaten to shut down the operation, especially b/c of a two year old trying to play with props... In the end you are providing a service that someone paid hundreds of dollars for on their one special day. A day you cannot relive. Unless the guests are blatantly putting you in harms way, you put a smile on, no matter what. You can absolutely see their lack of professionalism given these "response reviews" (probably by their family/friends). Most of them being put in the "not currently recommended" section below. One being removed completed because it violated Yelp's terms of service (Kara L.) My friend wrote a review on their Facebook in which they responded to still defending their actions as it was their policy to not let children play with their props. If people/children annoy you that easily, then don't work in this type of industry. I would take your business elsewhere and not take the risk of your special day being ruined just because one person or CHILD annoys the staff.
