PNC needs to be one of the banks that shuts down permanently. Three states and I've not enjoyed multiple factors of the actual in person visits, most of which shouldn't have had to occur in person to begin with. Fees every chance they get. Occasionally you can get someone to lift one but after the COVID LIE, they know people are having financial issues and absolutely gouging customers. They have no issue overdrafting consumer accounts for businesses but do not allow the actual consumer to overdraft and no leniency. I even had a letter from a creditor on an error and they told me that I would have to come in with that paper. I don't even have a local branch. Their online customer support is slow. Over a week for response. They don't offer any truly free checking without a direct deposit or a ridiculous amount in the account at all times. When people lose everything over a complete lie, it's hard to keep 500 or more in an account. They should have Google reviews but we see why they don't. Actually it was PNC Bank at 1340 Freedom Road in Cranberry. I needed foreign currency for my travels so on August 27th I placed the order for $600 Euros. I was told that it should be 2-3 business days to get my money. Well I had to call today on September 4th to find out if my currency had arrived. They placed me first on hold then finally come back and said they couldn't find my money but would call me back in 10 minutes. Well about 15 minutes later they called and said my cash had been felony FedEX to the wrong address but they would have it there shortly. Now is the frustrating part, I had requested $600 euros but only got $505 because the teller didn't listened to my request. This is why I can't stand PNC Bank. The teller was wonderful but the "personal banker" wouldn't look at me or address me and took another customer before me even though I was there long before the other customer. Then a delightful young man in a suit approached another woman who had come AFTER ME and sent her to the tellers. Then he addressed me. I explained that all I needed was to submit some paperwork and just needed someone to photocopy it or let me email the electronic copy. Then he explained that the copier is broken and they were short staffed. Ok, PNC, if you can employ one person to greet people, why is there 1 person who can make photocopies but 5 other people are idle. I would have been happy to leave the paperwork or email you an electronic copy. Seriously, when a customer comes in, it should be all hands on deck. If there was 1 person running around busy, I would not be writing this review. There were 6 employees that I could see and 3 customers. I'm moving my account ASAP! read more

Facility is modern, but can be tricky to find your first or second time. They don't have a coin counter, though, which is a HUGE drawback. Note that this is the PNC by the Sonic restaurant, not to be confused with the one on the same side of Route 19 by Whole Foods. read more

They made an error on my deposit and when I went in to get it resolved got three different answers to why my deposit never showed up from three different employees. The branch manager is clueless and never returns phone calls. Went to the Cranberry branch and was treated just as bad until the found out I had a wealth advisor and a huge business relationship then they tried to back pedal. I'm planning on moving my whole relationship. A bunch of phonies. read more

This is my first time writing a review on Yelp but I just cannot let this bank get away with such an incredible amount of poor customer service. I have been trying to open a business account there for over a week. I have gone in and sat to wait to talk with someone. I have called three times and got one return call at 5:55pm telling me to call back before they close at 6. I called back but never did they return my call. It is absolutely amazing to me that anyone would run a business as poor as this. Someone WANTING to open an account and I can't even get a return call. And to boot, I have two other accounts at that same branch. Insanity. Maybe the Cranberry branch will be better. read more

This location has the best customer service. Every employee is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I do wish they would bring back their coin counter though. Usually I just use the drive through, but I have had nothing but the best experiences here no matter what the reason for coming in. read more
