While I'm at least not being charged fees for everything, their service leaves much to be desired. For starters, they have no online bill pay. This is such a basic service that it didn't occur to me to ask if they had it before opening the account. I can't even been able use the minimal "online banking" services they do have to check my balance, etc. I've made two requests for a log-in, but have received no reply at all. Their in-person service is slow & indifferent. I'm rather baffled as to how they stay in business.

I needed a notary before close of business in order to mail out my forms before the post office…read moreclosed. I got there a few minutes early for my appointment. I observed Hakima handle the previous customer in a professional and courteous manner. When it was my turn everything went smoothly as well. She sensed I was in a rush and offered to make me a copy since I didn't have any extras. That saved me a trip. Never a bad experience at this branch.

They won't even return call or email request for a loan info, very difficult to get through to a human. Was told three times someone would call me back. They still haven't. New unnecessary holds on money. Agents swear they are necessary. Turns out they were an error. So misinformation. Lack of response to emails too. And if you do get someone on the phone, they are often uninformed. Some of the OG staff are great, if you can get to them. Just really really bad. Hours of wasted time. And their savings rates aren't even that good relative to what's out there. I'm sad but after more than 8 bad experiences over 3 years, I'm shopping for a new credit union.
