The staff at this PNC bank are so friendly. Though I know next to nothing about money and banking, the tellers are always very patient with me when I'm depositing all my dollar bills from waitressing, ordering check books, or exchanging for euros. I love the PNC student cards - there is no annual fee on the credit cards, 4% cash back on gas stations and 3% back on restaurants, and 2 ATM transaction fees are reimbursable. read more

This is a terrible bank. Only one drive-thru often closed. Usually only one teller, backed up and moving slowly. Lots of people standing around doing nothing, certainly NOT helping customers. PNC closed a FAR better branch in Branchburg to retail customers. Now we have to deal with a slo-mo branch and unhelpful employees. read more
