Entering that code completes the login process and allows the account member access to their banking information and provides tools to do online banking. For the past year it has been hit or miss whether the site will function properly and send me the verification code. On the occasions when no code is sent, I can't do any banking. I can't see any of my information. I try logging in repeatedly. Nothing happens. I try contacting SCCU, but if it's after their business hours, or on a Sunday, there is no way to speak to someone for assistance. Why doesn't SCCU have a live person available who is ready to assist customers who need help? Why isn't the problems customers have logging in to do their online banking fixed? These issues have NOT been addressed even after they have occurred to me several times and I've lodged complaints a few times.

I got the paperwork notarize, it was free (because I bank there) and was out the door in no time. The woman who helped me spoke several languages so, I hope the bank compensates her for that (it's Wells Fargo so I doubt the take care of their employees. Another fact of living most of my life in NYC is that when you go to the bank, you do not put your business out on front street. They come up to your and ask what services do you need. After l compose myself and my answer l start to laugh to myself. Once we get past my personal issues on my response, l am good to go. I always walk out a happy camper. I have never walked in and there was not someone waiting on customer service. Another thing l have noticed is 97 percent of the time, the people sitting in customer service, are just chilling for a few minutes.
