Absolutely terrible. So I needed my account #'s. Teller explained I was not on MY accounts, Even though I have had these accounts for 20+ years. AND, they are in my name. Teller called a "supervisor" over to assit. This smug kid decided to explain that the accounts may not be linked to my user name, so they cannot give me any info. OMG, so so bad. THese are MY accounts, not PNC's. Ill be closing the accounts soon. TERRIBLE read more

PNC Bank - Here's a photo of the worlds rudest and worst teller on the planet. Reddish hair with glasses. Avoid her! Rude and nasty. - Banks & Credit Unions Near Me - Hartland, Michigan

Pros: There was no wait, my actual teller was quite nice. Cons: When I walked in I went straight to the deposit slip counter. I was the only client in the lobby at the time, with 2 tellers and a man standing at the teller line (manager?). I half heard someone say something, but it was quietly and I figured it wasn't directed at me, so I went forward with doing my thing, filling out a deposit slip when I hear: "I'm fine, thanks so much for asking! Funny you should ask!" in a sarcastic tone. At this point, I knew that the quiet speaking must have been some excuse for a greeting? Is that any way to treat a client who has been with you since they were 16? And the fact that no one around her reprimanded such behavior? Unreal. I left in a terrible mood, offended, and immediately went across the way to Huntington Bank to open an account. Currently in the process of moving accounts. read more

The customer service is very poor. They set me up with a direct deposit and sent my money from my check to someone else's account. They won't let me cash my work check because it is not assigned through there bank and instead I found chase bank was much better. This is a very fraudulent bank read more

I agree 100% with Aimee R. I frequent many PNC branches from Birmingham to Waterford, with rarely a problem. This particular branch SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN. Customer service is lacking, horrific to the point of ridiculous. They don't know what they are doing and it's obvious that they are clueless. You're not out in the cornfields anymore, folks, so wake up and smell the Starbucks. PNC is where I keep my business account, and after this experience I am going to have to rethink that decision. read more

This is my local branch that I visit at least once a week for my business and personal accounts for the last five years. They are always professional, efficient and actually overly nice, so I can't imagine what this other person is talking about on here..... read more
